Working Hours

Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do

* Manage and maintain an effective business relationship between Vodafone and Business Market customers and stakeholders within the Public Sector.
* Maintain existing revenues whilst implementing sales action plans to identify, develop and close incremental new business opportunities.
* Ensure high levels of customer engagement measured using relationship net promoter score (rNPS).
* Provide a high quality of service and ensure your work is completed accurately whilst delivering a great customer service.
* Selecting and taking the best action based on all the facts available.
* Providing informal guidance and support to new team members as required.
* Understand the customers industry, goals and priorities.
* Create and implement a customer specific account strategy and sales action plan in line with Vodafone’s product and service portfolio including Fixed networks, MPN, IoT, Cloud & mobile.
* Support local plans to manage any issues that might affect revenue, costs, or profit.
* Drive NPS improvement through delivering end to end customer experience through creating, development and maintenance of effective business relationships.


Who You Are

* Some experience contributing to sales plans or campaigns, ideally with exposure to revenue growth targets.
* Familiarity with selling technology or communication services, especially in public sector or similar environments.
* Basic understanding of key products and services such as mobile, broadband, cloud tools (like SaaS or UCaaS), and IoT.
* Strong communication and diplomacy skills.
