HR Administrator
Hybrid (4 days in the office in Central London)
£35,000 - £40,000 + bonus and benefits
A prestigious international investment company is seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to support their London-based HR function.
This role sits at the heart of a global operation, supporting both people processes and executive leadership. Reporting to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and working closely with an HR Business Partner, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining compliance, enhancing employee experience, and enabling business leaders to focus on growth and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance across systems (e.g., HiBob)
* Support all stages of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, contracts, changes, and offboarding
* Coordinate recruitment logistics including interview scheduling and documentation
* Assist in policy management, benefits research, and L&D initiatives across the business
* Prepare confidential employment-related correspondence using tools like Mail Merge
* Manage the CPO’s diary and coordinate international travel
* Contribute to the organisation of knowledge-sharing sessions and team events
Who We’re Looking For:
* At least 2 years of HR administration experience in a corporate or professional services setting (finance or property would be hugely beneficial)
* Strong attention to detail and comfort handling confidential information
* Experience with HR software (HiBob or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive, self-starting approach with an eagerness to learn and contribute
* Currently studying towards or holding CIPD Level 3 or equivalent qualification
