We define data models, pipelines, integrations, and overall architecture frameworks. We engage with stakeholders at all levels, from senior leadership to technical delivery teams. We present architecture decisions and proof-of-concept solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. We shape client data strategies, challenging approaches and promoting best practices where appropriate. We support pre-sales activities, including RFI/RFP responses and proof-of-concept development.
