Site Labourer – Crawley (New Build Housing) Rate: £16.20 - £16.40 per hour Location: Crawley, West Sussex Start: Late February 2026 | Duration: 5-6 Months Atkinson Baker Associates are currently recruiting a reliable Site Labourer for a well-established Regional Residential Developer. The Client Our client is a highly respected Sussex-based house builder with a history dating back over 80 years. They specialise in building high-quality, traditional family homes and apartments. Unlike high-volume national housebuilders, they run tidy, professional sites where quality is valued over speed. The Role We are looking for a labourer to join the team on a new residential development in Crawley. You will be working directly with the Site Manager and supporting the trade teams. Maintaining a clean and safe site environment (sweeping out plots, clearing walkways). Assisting the bricklayers and carpenters with materials. Managing deliveries and site logistics. Helping with fencing and finishing touches. Requirements Essential: Valid CSCS Green Card. Preferred: Full UK Driving Licence and own transport (beneficial as they often have multiple sites in Sussex). Essential: Reliability – we need someone committed to the full 5-6 month duration. Previous experience on a New Build Housing site is preferred. What's on Offer £16.20 - £16.40 per hour (Weekly pay). 5-6 Months of guaranteed work. Start date: Late February 2026.
