Role: Power Platform Developer Location: Derby (Hybrid - 3 days) Type: Permanent Salary: Up to £50,000 Power Platform Developer We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, build and enhance business applications across the organisation. You will play a key role in modernising processes, improving data accessibility and delivering scalable low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services. This is an excellent opportunity to shape digital transformation and work closely with stakeholders across multiple business units. Key Responsibilities * Develop custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven). * Build automated workflows and integrations using Power Automate. * Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI. * Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management and other cloud services. * Build and manage Dataverse, SharePoint and SQL data models. * Develop and maintain custom connectors and REST API integrations. * Support full lifecycle delivery: requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment and documentation. * Ensure solutions meet governance, security and compliance standards. * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. * Identify opportunities to improve processes and user experience. * Stay up to date with Power Platform and Azure best practice. Skills & Experience * Strong experience developing solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate. * Good understanding of Azure services, especially those used in integration and automation. * Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL and REST APIs. * Working knowledge of Power BI. * Familiarity with ALM, solution deployment and environment management. * Ability to write/debug Power Fx, JavaScript and JSON. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery and DevOps practices (desirable). * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
