HR Manager, permanent, up to £72000 £8.8k car allowance / car, Bristol - experience essential Your new roleAs HR Manager, you will lead and inspire our People Services and Business Partnering teams. This is a pivotal role that blends operational excellence with strategic influence, ensuring the organisation's people, processes and culture are best-in-class, compliant, and aligned with our business goals. This will include the following areas: •Lead - People Services & Business Partnering teams. •Drive – partnerships with our senior leadership teams. •Oversee – all employee-related legal compliance. •Manage - pay, benefits, and reward strategy. •Advise - employee relations and coach leaders. •Enhance - HR systems and deliver data insights. •Ensure - GDPR compliance and data protection.
