The role
Site Manager – Immediate Start
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established project team for the final stages of a live construction project.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and hands-on Site Manager to oversee key finishing works, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing day-to-day site operations during the final phase of the project
* Overseeing groundworks activities, including the removal of stoned-up areas associated with temporary works
* Coordinating landscaping works and ensuring programme targets are achieved
* Maintaining exceptional health & safety standards at all times within a live campus environment
* Managing subcontractors, site logistics, and quality control
* Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with project specifications and company procedures
Requirements:
* Proven experience working as a Site Manager on construction projects
* Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site compliance
* Experience managing groundworks and external works packages
* Knowledge of insulated render systems would be advantageous, although not essential
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications preferred
