Key Responsibilities:
* Retail Partnership & Merchandising: Conduct regular store visits to build strong relationships. Perform inventory checks, optimize product shelf displays for maximum impact, and maintain accurate store data within our system.
* Sales Growth & Repurchase Targets: Drive sales by understanding store performance, promoting our products and ongoing promotions. Take ownership of and achieve agreed-upon sales targets for store repurchase orders.
* Warehouse & Inventory Management: Oversee and manage local warehouse stock. Responsibilities include regular inventory counting, coordinating replenishment, conducting stocktakes, and ensuring timely delivery of products and promotional materials to stores.
* Market Intelligence & Feedback: Act as the 'eyes and ears' of the company in the field. Systematically collect and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and store/consumer feedback on our products, to inform business strategy.
* Logistics & Product Delivery: Step in to manage and execute product delivery to stores when primary regional suppliers are unavailable, ensuring service level agreements are met and store needs are fulfilled promptly.

Job requirements:
* At least 3-5 years of sales or account management experience, with a background in e-cigarettes or related industries preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to establish good relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
* Proactive and able to work under pressure to achieve sales targets.
* Familiar with the UK retail environment and consumer behavior.
* Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
* Hold a valid driver's license and be able to drive freely within the UK.
