Job Title: Site Manager Location: Coventry Project: Hospital Rate: £260-£2300 per day We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a busy interiors fit out project in Coventry, this will be working on a hospital project and previous NHS and fit out work is essential. Key Responsibilities: Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard Managing snagging lists and quality control Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completionRequirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on healthcare, NHS projects Interiors and Fit Out experience for a Main contractor Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades Excellent communication and organisational skillsIf you're available and interested, please apply today or contact us for further information.
