UK NEQAS for Cellular Pathology Technique (CPT) is seeking a dynamic Quality Manager to lead and develop our Quality Management System (QMS), ensure ISO 17043 compliance, and drive continual improvement across our services.
You will oversee audits, data analysis, governance, and regulatory compliance, while mentoring teams and acting as the key contact for quality matters. This is a high-impact role, supporting excellence in cellular pathology assessment and helping laboratories deliver safe, reliable diagnostics worldwide.
What we’re looking for:
* Demonstrated leadership or Section Lead experience within a clinical laboratory (or equivalent).
* Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), including audits, EQA, and ISO accreditation.
* Strong IT and statistical analysis skills, with the ability to manipulate and interpret data.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and to agreed deadlines.
* BSc in Biomedical Sciences (or equivalent) with 5+ years’ cellular pathology experience.
* Professional Registration (e.g., HCPC) required.
