Job Title: Finishing Site Manager
Location: Nottingham
Project: Hospital
Rate: £280-£300 per day
We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Site Manager to join a team on a an accommodation project in Nottingham, overseeing the final stages of the build through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site
* Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
* Managing snagging lists and quality control
* Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
* Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management
* Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Finishing Site Manager on healthcare, commercial, multi build, accommodation or similar projects
2. Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates
