Location: East Midlands, Nottinghamshire, Nottingham
Job Type: Permanent, full-time hours Monday to Friday

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 Per annum

A Quality focused developer is looking for an experienced Site Manager in Newark, Nottingham.
Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction workers
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site
* Monitor and report on progress to project stakeholders
* Manage site logistics, including materials, equipment, and manpower
Required Qualifications
* SMSTS qualification
* CSCS certification
* First Aid certification
* Valid Driving Licence
Experience
* Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Site Manager on a high volume housing site.
* Track record of delivering high quality sites.
Knowledge and Skills
* Strong understanding of traditional new build housing
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
* Good problem-solving abilities
Working Conditions
* Primarily on-site work at construction sites
* May require travel to different project locations
* Work may involve exposure to various weather conditions
