We are currently recruiting a Part Time Cook based in Salisbury, working for a great organisation at the heart of the community.
The Cooks role is paying £14.92 per hour shifts are as follows:
9.30am-2pm
Week 1, 3 – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Week 2, 4 – Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
Duties:
To provide a suitable, balanced midday meal appropriate to the needs of residents
You will be preparing lunches and deserts for circa 15 people.
Promote good customer and staff relations
Maintaining a clean environment in line with health and safety standards
Keep up with trends and seasonal ingredients
Ensure all supplies are stocked and all reasonable dietary requirements are consideredSkills and experience:
Previous, demonstratable experience in a kitchen environment is ideal or just a great home cook for the family
Excellent communication and customer care skills, with a customer-centred approach to service delivery
Good teamwork
Awareness of relevant legislation; Food Hygiene, Health & Safety and Allergen Awareness
Committed and enthusiastic
