Overview
The role will encompass all of our current specialist brands, including Lotus, Caterham, Subaru, and Morgan, as well as other brands. The post holder will be expected to promote and sell vehicles across the ranges represented by Woodcote & Copse. However, they will be assigned two primary brands as their main area of focus.
While this position will involve sales across all brands, it will be predominantly focused on the motorcycle side of the business. It is therefore imperative that the successful candidate is an experienced motorcyclist with extensive knowledge of the motorcycle sector—including current market trends, brands, and rider needs.
Responsibilities
* Serve as a dedicated Sales Executive for Woodcote and Copse
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular pre- and post-sale contact
* Understand and assess the needs and requirements of both new and existing clients
* Professionally present vehicles and related products to clients
* Conduct accompanied test drives with qualified customers
* Negotiate effectively to achieve positive outcomes for both the customer and the business
* Ensure full finance compliance and assist clients with their vehicle financing options
* Oversee the preparation of sold vehicles to ensure a smooth and enjoyable handover experience
* Deliver a comprehensive and detailed handover of the vehicle on the day of collection
* Participate in manufacturer events, which may include working away on several weekends throughout the year
* Support Woodcote and Copse Motorsport race weekends, fostering new sales opportunities and strengthening client relationships
* Assist with the planning and delivery of Woodcote & Copse events, both onsite and externally
* Attend regular training courses to ensure up-to-date and in-depth product knowledge across all brands
* Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all manufacturer products and services offered by the business
* Collaborate with the aftersales/service department, including support with workshop bookings
* Proficient use of our Pinewood DMS and HubSpot CRM systems is essential, with training provided where required
Administrative Duties
* General administrative duties, including making sure the showroom and cars are kept clean and tidy
* Maintaining stock of routine supplies
* Finance Compliance
* Participation in meetings
* Ensuring all finance compliance accreditations are kept up to date
* Maintaining Company data and financials
* Assist with general upkeep and tidiness of the Company premises
* Assist with Health & safety

£25,000 - £40,000 per year
