Aircraft Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Aircraft Sales Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving new business opportunities and managing the end-to-end aircraft sales process. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless transactions and outstanding customer experiences.

Location: Castle Air Ltd – Liskeard Cornwall

Employment Type: Full-time, on-site

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively seek new business opportunities through all available channels, ensuring compliance with company policies and client expectations.
* Manage your workload independently and take initiative to develop projects within the aircraft sales team.
* Monitor, report, and analyse sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
* Assist with managing client contact lists and databases.
* Support aircraft sales marketing campaigns and literature development.
* Handle sales enquiries and maintain a database of client requirements.
* Manage sales advertising across the company website, third-party platforms, social media, and email campaigns.
* Promote Castle Air’s services to prospective clients.
* Market, sell, and negotiate directly with business aircraft owners/operators.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available aircraft, competitor offerings, and market trends.
* Collaborate with commercial teams during negotiations and support the closing of sales.
* Develop tailored sales strategies to attract new customers and increase sales capture.


Requirements

* Proven experience in sales, preferably within aviation or luxury sectors.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
