Quality Manager (Quality Assurance),
you will ensure that effective quality assurance processes and procedures are in place across the College and ensure that all curriculum areas comply with quality policies and requirements. Responsibilities as our
Quality Assurance Manager
will include: To be the college's BTEC Nominee and Central college contact for all awarding bodies and EV activity. To lead on and implement the IQA strategy to ensure good practice across all provision – classroom-based FE/HE and Apprenticeships. To review and maintain the Quality Assurance Handbook on at least an annual basis. To oversee all IQA and EV activity and lead on effective co-ordination, monitoring, tracking and support across all provision. To lead on the EV RAG register and action plan and ensure regular live reports are available for college managers. To lead and support EV visits with the Directors of Learning and Learning Managers and ensure that all teams are fully prepared. To lead on malpractice and maladministration investigations in line with JCQ and awarding organisation guidelines. To oversee the approval of qualifications by awarding organisations. To liaise with the exams team, DoLs and LMs to ensure that all students are appropriately registered. To work with the Director of Quality to ensure that achievements are closed down To write and support policy developments where required including required research and liaison with external agencies and college departments To work closely with the Quality Manager Teaching Learning and Assessment to support the development of TLA. To co-ordinate and collate due-diligence documentation for sub-contractors. To lead on quality assurance of residential provision in line with Ofsted's national minimum standards. To lead on HE quality matters, including attending meetings and awards boards as required. As our

, you'll
