Job Description
Are you a confident communicator with a passion for property and legal services? We’re looking for a Conveyancing Sales Executive to join our client's dynamic team and convert warm leads into loyal clients. This is a client-facing role focused on inbound enquiries, no cold calling required.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to incoming conveyancing enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
* Provide accurate quotes and explain services clearly
* Follow up on issued quotes to maximise conversion
* Chase unconverted leads and gather feedback
* Maintain CRM records with client interactions and updates
* Collaborate with marketing and conveyancing teams for smooth onboarding
* Identify trends in objections and suggest improvements
* Spot cross-selling opportunities across departments
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
* Deliver a professional and friendly client experience
* Provide cover and ad hoc support across teams when needed
Skills & Experience
* Proven sales experience (legal, property, or conveyancing preferred)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
* Organised and detail-oriented with good time management
* Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
* Team player with a customer-first mindset
* Confident with numbers and quoting
Desirable
* Background in customer service, telesales, or account management
* Experience in conveyancing or property law is desirable
* Understanding of the UK home buying/selling process
* Familiarity with the Proclaim case management system
