Project & Quality Site Manager County Antrim Full time, Permanent £45,000 - £50,000 per annum doe Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Site Manager to lead installation teams and take full responsibility for project delivery on site. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard, while maintaining strong communication between site and office. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage site teams to ensure productivity, quality, and accountability Oversee projects from installation through to completion and handover Monitor progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track Ensure all work meets specifications, quality standards, and client expectations Coordinate labour, materials, and site requirements Maintain clear communication with office teams and clients Enforce health & safety compliance on site Complete site reporting, inspections, and final snagging Requirements Proven site management experience (construction, manufacturing, faade, or similar) Strong leadership and organisational skills Ability to read technical drawings CSCS card required (SSSTS/SMSTS preferred) Good knowledge of health & safety regulations Proactive, solutions-focused approach What Success Looks Like Projects delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard Well-managed, efficient site teams Clear communication and strong client satisfaction Skills: site manager Management operations manufacturing Benefits: pension career progression
