Job: Internal Recruiter - Part-Time
Location: North Kent / Hybrid (1 day per week after probation)
Employment type: Permanent, Part-Time (20 hours per week, ideally 5 days)
Salary: c. £30,000 pro rata + Bens

This is a hands-on internal recruitment role, ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys autonomy, stakeholder engagement and delivering high-quality hires.
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across the business, recruiting directly for support roles and trainee engineers, while overseeing a small preferred supplier list for specialist hires. Working closely with the HR Manager and hiring managers, you will be trusted to run recruitment processes end-to-end and improve how talent is attracted, assessed and onboarded.
Key responsibilities for the internal recruiter include:
* Own recruitment activity from brief through to offer and onboarding
* Write and post job adverts, manage direct sourcing and referral campaigns
* Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews via phone or Teams
* Coordinate interviews and manage feedback with hiring managers
* Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the process
* Manage agency relationships within an agreed PSL, ensuring fair and transparent processes
* Maintain recruitment trackers, reporting and cost control
* Ensure Right to Work, EDI and best-practice recruitment standards are met
* Support onboarding and first-day inductions as required
About you:
* Proven experience as an internal recruiter or agency recruiter in a true delivery role
* Comfortable managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders
* Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail
* Sound knowledge of UK employment law and GDPR
* Confident in producing recruitment data and reports
* Car owner/driver with flexibility to travel to other local sites when required
