Shape the future of Reward at one of the UK's most recognisable retail brands, covering a period of leave for 3 to 4 months. This role would be brilliant for a Reward / Compensation / Benefits specialist who has worked in major organisations
Responsibilities Include:
* Be a day-to-day reward expert for the company, coaching colleagues on reward and benefits processes and queries, reporting as part of a small reward function
* Engage the business ensure Reward is valued
* Plan and delivery of the annual reward cycle activity - pay reviews, bonus etc. (typically announce in February)
* Help launch a revised incentive scheme for our sales population
* Drive improvements across reward and support ongoing change initiatives
* Conduct external benchmarking and provide insight
We are looking for:
1. Experience in Reward Specific roles, ideally in large, complex organisations
2. Understanding of the pay review cycle and benchmarking
3. Experience of reward packages for sales employees would be beneficial
