Role and Responsibilities:
This role sits within the BM Architectural division, which specialises in high-performance architectural systems for construction and renovation projects across the UK and Ireland.
* Drives new business by identification and research into new sales opportunities
* Builds and maintains contact databases
* Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects; recommend solutions
* Maintains relationships with existing clients
* Provide regular, ongoing information on new products and services
* Actively following up all quotations raised and providing feedback
* Gathering general customer feedback, market activities and competitor information
* Contributes to sales team effort by meeting individual and team sales targets and gross margin targets
* Promotion of all products along with added value services such as fabrication and processing
* Processing orders on the system and following orders through from start to completion
* Responding to internal and external emails in a timely manner
* Support administration function by helping with transfers and booking in goods
* Organising transport bookings for various couriers
* Occasionally visit customers when necessary to promote BM Architectural and its products
