Due to extensive business growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team to head up the hiring for our TEKsystems brand in Germany and the UK.

The Role
As TA Recruiter, you will focus on building relationships internally across the business with key stakeholders to find and secure talented individuals to work for us.
You will be required to: -
* Source candidates and qualify them for internal roles.
* Conduct competency-based interviews to identify new hires for the business
* Develop relationships internally with key stakeholders
* Participate in weekly team meetings
* Keep business information flowing within the team
* Achieve personal quarterly hiring targets.
* Develop new sourcing strategies to attract people to the business eg attend grad fairs, recruiting events etc.

* Fluent in German
* You must have consistently achieve targets in previous roles, preferably with a background in Internal Recruitment.
