The Role
Your role will be driving Raw Selection’s business development and client management efforts in the Private Equity backed portfolio division, winning executive search assignments for CEO/CFO/COO… from Private Equity firms across North America.
This division has established client relationships, a lot of case studies, and all the contacts to win searches from, already in the CRM. The division boasts fees averaging over £70,000+ per placement and our largest fee of £176,000 for a CEO assignment in the US.
Your role will be to utilise thousands of senior executive contact data and convert those into clients winning searches on both a contingent and retained basis. You will then manage the submittal of candidates and oversee the process from interview feedback to offer and close.
This is a 100% business development role and your searches will be delivered by our sourcing team.
