Fawkes & Reece are working with a leading Regeneration contractor who are running a E.W.I, roofing and externals scheme in Harrow. Our client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to over see the running of the scheme on a temporary to permanent contract.
The successful Manager will preferably come from a background within the social housing sector and be based within the Harrow area.
Responsibilities
* Managing trades and subcontractors such as Joiners, Bricklayers, Plumbers, Plasterers, Labourers on a daily basis.
* Overseeing project schedules and ensuring work is completed within set deadlines.
* Reporting to senior management.
* Ensuring work is completed to the agreed high standards.
* Coordinating teams of workers and subcontractors
* Maintaining quality control checks
* Signing off and handing completed work over to the client
* Ensuring that all Health & Safety procedures are being adhered too
Requirements & Experience
* SMSTS
* First Aid At Work
* CSCS Card
* Previous experience in the Social Housing Sector as a Manager/Supervisor
* Own transport
* Monday - Friday working week, 40-45 Hours per Week
* Temporary to permanent position after 12 - 16 weeks
* Permanent annual salary is to be confirmed
