Turner Lovell is recruiting an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for the safe, compliant, and commercially controlled delivery of construction activities on high-voltage power and transmission projects.
The Site Manager will lead site operations, coordinate multiple contractors and stakeholders, and ensure all works are delivered in line with programme, quality, budget, and EHS requirements. This role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and proven experience working within regulated utility environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full accountability for the day-to-day management of site activities across construction projects.
* Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with defined guidelines, processes, procedures, and project standards.
* Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers before and during execution of works.
* Oversee site administration, reporting, and controls to ensure delivery on time, to specification, and within budget.
