Hr Administrator
£28,000 - £34,000 based on experience

This is more than an admin role – you'll be the backbone of HR, keeping our people processes running smoothly while also helping us streamline systems, improve policies and support recruitment. What you'll do
* Keep employee records and systems accurate and up to date
* Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
* Be the first point of contact for HR queries
* Improve processes, policies and compliance
* Get involved in engagement, wellbeing and other HR projects
What you'll need
* 2–3 years' HR admin experience
* CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
* Highly organised, detail-focused and confident with confidential info
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
* Confident using Microsoft 365 applications
* Ambition to step into an HR Manager role in the future
* A love for streamlining systems and processes
Desirable but not essential
* Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
* Experience supporting employee relations cases or note-taking in meetings
* Previous involvement in HR projects (e.g. engagement, wellbeing, policy rollouts)
