As a Senior Sales Executive in the Domestic Sector of our oil company, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of sales and service fixed term contract personnel, to ensure effective delivery of fuel products and services. Your primary focus will be on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and achieving sales and service targets.
You will play a key role in aligning team efforts with the company’s strategic goals and upholding our commitment to reliable and safe energy solutions for domestic customers.

Key Responsibilities
Support the team in achieving domestic sales targets
Inspire and motivate team members to achieve targets and KPIs.
Conduct regular 1-2-1 reviews and provide coaching
Create a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration
Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
