Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Heating & Boiler Services Ltd. The Human Resources Manager will handle the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including managing employee relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, and maintaining HR records. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
Qualifications
* Experience in Human Resources Management
* Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and employment laws
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive employee relations
* Experience in recruitment and interviewing techniques
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data accuracy
* Managing company appraisal system and conducting appraisal meetings
* Managing and implementing training programmes of employees
* Monitoring various aspects of an employees performance such as attendance and sick leave
* Handling disciplinary procedures and formal grievances
* Setting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits
