About Our Client

Job Description

3. Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
4. Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and corresponding with candidates.
5. Handle HR-related enquiries from staff and provide prompt responses or escalate as necessary.
6. Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate employee data is provided to the payroll team.
7. Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing induction materials.
8. Update and maintain HR databases and systems to reflect current staffing information.
9. Assist with organising training sessions and other employee development activities.
10. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations by monitoring HR procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Administrator should have:

11. Previous experience in an HR or administrative role within the not-for-profit sector or similar environment.
12. Proficiency in using HR databases and office software, including word processing and spreadsheets.
13. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
14. Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
15. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with staff and stakeholders.
16. A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving and supporting team needs.
