We're supporting a very successful business locally in Southampton who are looking for a Sales Executive to join their friendly, collaborative team. You'll be at the heart of customer operations, making sure every client feels supported, understood, and ahead of the game.
Sales Executive duties include:
Building strong relationships by managing customer expectations and anticipating their needs
Handling incoming enquiries, and becoming the friendly voice customers trust
Working closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service
Keeping accurate, up-to-date records to support customer success
Managing customer stock and tracking key information
Making proactive outbound calls to existing and potential new clients
Collaborating with the external sales team to drive business growth
