Purpose of role
To work closely with the Head of HR to administrate HR and Talent activities and ensure processes are correctly followed, are accurate and support all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Roles and responsibilities
1. Ensure operational HR and Talent activities and processes are correctly followed and are accurate
2. Administrate all aspects of the employee life-cycle e.g. starters, leavers, promotions etc.
3. Undertake all necessary employment checks via third party screening organisation
4. Support in the administration of the Recruitment process, updating all internal and external platforms keeping up to date with current vacancies
5. Administer the onboarding process for all new starters, managing travel for new employees, work with department heads for meet and greet sessions, and undertake induction process
6. Support in the administration of the Payroll and Pension process
