A fantastic HR opportunity has arisen within a renowned global firm located in Birmingham City Centre within their HR Shared Service Centre. This is a unique role involving a varied and exciting range of daily tasks working as part of a wider team in fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Onboarding of new starters
*
Checking references and right to work checks
*
Handling high volumes of emails via the Central HR email, responding according to the SLA’s
*
Amending employee contracts accordingly
*
Issues letters
*
Ensuring all HR issues are assigned to a dedicated HR Business Partner
Required applicant qualities:
*
Experience in a HR is essential, ideally within a shared service centre
*
Experience of handling high volumes of onboarding
*
Minimum of intermediate level IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
*
Excellent organisational and time management capabilities
*
Conscientious and accurate approach to tasks and projects
*
Ability to work on own initiative as well as recognise when to seek guidance
This role is perfect for someone who has administrative experience within a HR capacity and must be confident with all aspects of the role as listed above. You will ideally have experienced within a HRSCC within a professional services environment.
