About the Role
TCFM are seeking a Deputy Site Manager to support our soft services operation at a busy Distribution Centre. You will be responsible for supporting the effective delivery of FM services on-site, ensuring operational excellence and maintaining strong relationships with the customer.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support the delivery of facilities management services in accordance with the site service charter, SLA and internal FM strategy.
2. Support onsite FM projects as agreed with the Project Team.
3. Act as a main point of contact between the customer and service providers day-to-day.
4. Support with the monitoring and reporting on service level agreements and performance indicators.
5. Help to ensure supply partners deliver consistent service and excellent customer interactions.
6. Support with the tracking of financial performance, ensuring delivery within budget and service requirements.
7. Support on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
8. Support all compliance, audits and statutory obligations to maintain full legal status.
9. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
10. Support colleague relations in line with HR policy, promoting fairness and inclusion.
11. Recruit, induct and train colleagues to ensure high standards and competence.
12. Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and COSHH policies at all times.
13. Respond to urgent issues or incidents swiftly and effectively.
14. Provide positive management, coaching others to meet objectives and maintain standards.
