We’re looking for a Catering Manager to join our Hotel Services Team based in Harley Street. The Catering Manager is responsible for planning, organising, and developing the overall operation of the Catering department to a high standard and to deliver a high standard of food services to patients, visitors, consultants and staff, continually aiming to exceed expectations.

What You’ll Do
* Inforce the firm application of standards as regard food services
* Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, health and safety are practised at all times
* Ensure all staff receive appropriate orientation and training
* Monitor and report on the performance of the department
* Assist in production of departmental budget
* Offer advice and recommendations for improving the services and achieving greater value
* Meet with patients to obtain feedback on services provided
* Deal with complaints
* Ensure all staff are following HCA policy and processes and trained to the relevant standards associated with Catering
