Location: Wildflower Way, Belfast - Hybrid
Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday 37.5 Hours
Job Type: Permanent / Full Time The Commercial Administrator will:
1. Prepare accounts for works completed by Graham Direct Employees & Sub-contractors to be submitted by QS team
2. Track early warnings and compensation events throughout stages of projects
3. Audit sub-contractor accounts prior to being submitted to the Client
4. Communicate with Sub-Contractors to request documentation to assist in the resolution of account queries
5. Liaise with Graham Helpdesk to aid the preparation of accounts and carry out Helpdesk duties as per contract requirements
6. Liaise with Client representatives to resolve account queries
7. Maintain and update Graham Internal Systems and Quotation Logs associated to above duties
8. Assist in the preparation of reports
9. Work as part of the Commercial Team to ensure we meet Client Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
10. Any other administrative duties when required

About You
Essential Criteria
11. GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or equivalent
12. Minimum of one year’s administrator experience in a busy pressurized environment
13. Competent IT Skills to include Microsoft Office
Desirable Criteria
14. NVQ Level 2 Administration or equivalent
15. Experience of pricing submissions/ invoice generation
16. Experience of facilities management or a related service industry
