A manufacturing and production client of ours in the Clacton-on-Sea area are recruiting a temporary part-time HR Administrator to join their People & Culture team. This office-based role is Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 2:30pm (hours negotiable), starting early September.
Your key duties in this HR Administrator role will include but are not limited to:
Managing the People Department inbox and responding to employee queries
Supporting recruitment, on boarding, off boarding, and HR processes for operational staff
Coordinating employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and events
Maintaining HR records, documents, and intranet content
Ordering office supplies, replenishing the kitchen and ensuring they are stored appropriately
Reconciling departmental credit cards and resolving discrepancies
Liaising with cleaning services and overseeing general housekeeping for welfare areasSkills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
Strong administration skills and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
