Job Vacancy: Site Manager (Drylining Specialist)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with strong drylining, ceilings, and SFS knowledge to lead onsite delivery. You will motivate and manage teams, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain high health, safety, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day‑to‑day site operations and subcontractors.
* Plan, schedule and coordinate project programmes.
* Quality‑check and sign off works including drywall partitions, ceilings, SFS and finishes.
* Ensure operatives use up‑to‑date drawings and specifications.
* Maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards.
* Assist in preparing budgets, timelines and procurement plans.
* Keep accurate site records and report to senior management.
* Monitor build progress and implement corrective actions.
* Procure materials, plant and equipment cost‑efficiently.
* Recruit and induct labour in line with company procedures.
* Enforce safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Experience as a Site Manager in construction.
* Strong technical understanding of drylining, ceilings and SFS.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Ability to interpret construction drawings and documents.
* Strong analytical and cost‑management skills.
* Familiarity with planning and estimating software.
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
* CSCS Gold card required
