We are currently seeking a proactive and organised HR Administrator to support our growing team and ensure smooth HR operations across our nursery settings. Job Purpose: To provide administrative support to the HR department, contributing to the efficient running of HR processes such as recruitment, employee records management, and policy compliance. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Support the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and reference checks Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures Prepare HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and policy updates Assist with payroll by providing accurate employee information Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies Handle employee queries related to HR procedures and nursery operations Coordinate and track staff training sessions and certifications Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience in an HR or administrative role preferred Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel Knowledge of HR systems or databases is a plus Discreet and professional, with the ability to handle confidential information Education and Experience: Minimum of GCSEs (including English and Maths) HR-related qualification or CIPD Level 3 (desirable) 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support
