Key responsibilities of the Internal Sales Executive include:
* Engaging with prospective clients to identify their needs and present tailored solutions.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
* Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals and quotes in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve department targets and goals.
* Update and manage the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
* Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to support business development strategies.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
* Follow up with enquiries which will be in the form of inbound calls and on-line leads (Email/LiveChat).
The Successful Applicant
The successful Internal Sales Executive will have:
* Prior experience in a sales/customer service/client facing position.
* Strong communication skills to engage with clients.
* A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
* Be self-driven, proactive and confident.
* Have an excellent telephone manner.
* Proficiency in using CRM software is an advantage.
