As a Motorbike Sales Executive, you'll manage the full customer journey - from first enquiry through to final handover - ensuring every customer receives a professional, straightforward, and enjoyable buying experience. You'll speak with customers online, over the phone, and face-to-face in the showroom, helping them find the right bike while confidently promoting finance and additional products. This is a target-driven role with genuine earning potential and opportunities for progression as you perform.
What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver exceptional customer service online, over the phone, and in the showroom.
* Manage inbound and outbound sales enquiries through our CRM systems.
* Take ownership of your sales pipeline and proactively follow up leads.
* Help customers choose the right motorcycle and associated products.
* Provide finance quotations and explain available options.
* Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
* Support showroom presentation and maintain high standards.
* Use customer feedback and experience to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Participate in ongoing sales training and development programmes and be ambitious, customer-focused, and motivated by earning potential, building a rewarding sales career in a fast-paced and exciting industry.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role such as retail, telesales, automotive, or vehicle sales.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Ability to manage multiple enquiries and a busy sales pipeline.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* Resilience, self-motivation, and adaptability under pressure.
