Jenson Fisher is delighted to be partnering with an innovative and forward thinking employer based in Dundee who, due to continued growth, are looking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to lead their HR function and support the business through its next phase of development.
As the HR Manager, you will play a key strategic and operational role, partnering with senior leadership to shape and deliver the HR policies for this exciting businss. You will lead on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, driving engagement, and supporting performance and talent development across the company.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing HR strategies.
* Leading recruitment and workforce planning activities ranging from initiation with hiring managers through to visa compliance (where required) and onboarding.
* Managing employee relations cases and ensuring legal compliance.
* Supporting line managers with performance management, training, and development.
* Driving employee engagement initiatives and promoting a positive work culture
* Overseeing HR policies, procedures, and systems.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar HR Manager role and naturally be in possession of strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. On a personal level ...
