HR Manager at Electus Healthcare
As HR Manager for Electus Healthcare, you will be responsible for managing the group's approach to HR, implementing strategies that promote a positive HR culture, and developing a successful recruitment process. The role will be based at the head office in Mallusk.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the healthcare sector.
2. Ability and confidence to create a solid HR function for the group.
3. Wide and in-depth understanding of relevant legislation.
The right candidate must be dynamic, flexible, and innovative in their outlook as the role evolves with the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing the group's HR strategy in line with the overall business strategy.
2. Creating and implementing systems and practices for successful HR strategy delivery.
3. Composing company HR policies and procedures driven by business and HR strategies, adhering to legislation.
4. Liaising with Directors and Senior Management, providing detailed reporting and advising on HR and recruitment issues.
5. Managing recruitment and selection process, ensuring compliance with legislation.
6. Promoting a positive working environment, improving staff relations and retention.
7. Overseeing HR paperwork, including contracts, inductions, handbooks, and terminations.
8. Ensuring compliance with fair employment monitoring requirements and GDPR.
Qualifications & Key Skills:
CIPD Qualified/Member – Essential
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of up-to-date HR and Recruitment legislation.
Excellent IT skills.
‘Can do’ attitude, initiative, and proactive approach.
Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
Strong leadership skills and team player.
High level of confidentiality and trustworthiness.
