The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take the lead on delivering a variety of exciting construction projects. This role offers the chance to join a forward-thinking contractor that values its people, prioritises quality and is committed to safety, sustainability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the site team from project inception to handover.
* Plan, programme, and monitor site works to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
* Oversee quality control, health & safety compliance, and project KPIs.
* Coordinate materials, labour, subcontractors, and equipment.
* Manage ordering, reconciliation, and procurement of materials.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and statutory bodies.
* Support commercial teams with cost control and budget management.
* Maintain accurate site records, performance documentation, and reports.
* Mentor and develop site staff, fostering a positive and motivated team culture.
What We re Looking For:
* Proven track record in site or project management within the construction sector.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
* Confident in client and stakeholder engagement.
* Sound knowledge of health & safety legislation and site compliance.
* Relevant industry certifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, etc.).
