This role carries full operational responsibility for the entire site including wash plant operations, crushing, screening, stockpiling, loading, yard management, and traffic control. You will lead site operations from the ground up — coordinating teams, maintaining production targets, ensuring health and safety compliance, and directly managing material flow across the site. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring regular operation of heavy plant (particularly a loading shovel) to maintain real-time oversight of yard operations and ensure efficient site productivity.
