Are you looking for your next step in banking? We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Customer Service Manager (2IC) to join our branch in Liverpool, providing great service and support to IMB customers and the Liverpool team. Reporting to the Community Bank (Branch) Manager, this role has a focus personal lending, operations, compliance, risk and team leadership.
The Role
5. Having conversations and interactions with members via all channels (in person, online and over the phone) and assisting them with their banking and insurance needs and enquiries
6. Exploring new opportunities to find the right financial solutions that may improve their position
7. Processing personal loan applications
8. Using various technologies, systems and digital platforms, cash handling and balancing
9. Supporting management, coaching and staff development activities
10. Contributing to product and service initiatives/activities for the team and region
11. Maintaining a high level of operational adherence in line with company and regulatory standards, policies and procedures and carry out administrative duties
12. Assisting in the completion and management of the branches daily operational and compliance requirements.
The Person
13. Available to work full time, Monday - Friday from IMB's Liverpool branch, with flexibility for training
14. Experience working in financial services in a retail or customer service environment
15. A proven track record of positive performance and aptitude for learning, technology and business operations
16. A genuine passion for providing great service, creating positive customer experiences and people interactions with patience and professionalism
17. Commitment to helping customers in their day-to-day banking requirements and to achieve their financial goals and dreams.
Preferred, but not essential (training provided):
18. Training or leadership experience
19. Exposure to consumer lending.
