3D3D Personnel are currently looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee the delivery of apartment blocks on a major residential scheme in the Borough of EastleighEastleigh.
This large scale master planned development will deliver 2,500 homes alongside a new local centre, primary school, sports facilities, improved infrastructure and commercial space.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the apartment blocks, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to Tier 1 standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing subcontractors and site teams
* Driving programme and sequencing works
* Overseeing RC frame and internal packages
* Maintaining health and safety standards
* Ensuring quality control and smooth handovers
Requirements
* Proven experience delivering apartment blocks for a Tier 1 or large regional contractor
* Strong RC frame or multi-storey residential background
* SMSTSSMSTS, CSCSCSCS and First Aid
