Job Description

Vertek Construction Limited is looking for a driven, highly capable Site Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark airspace project: the construction of four premium penthouses in central London. This is a 12-month contract with a strong opportunity to continue with us on future sites as we scale.

The Role

You will run the site day-to-day, ensuring exceptional safety, sequencing, coordination, and communication.


Responsibilities include:

* Managing the full onsite build of multiple penthouses on top of an occupied building
* Planning ahead and coordinating all subcontractors and trades
* Ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations, H&S standards, and company policies
* Managing materials, stock, and proactive ordering to keep the programme on track
* Keeping accurate site documentation, logs, and reporting
* Acting as the key onsite liaison for residents, stakeholders, and the internal PM team
* Upholding high-quality workmanship and maintaining a well-organised site at all times
