Role Overview
NHS Lothian is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Quality Manager. This role is vital in monitoring and enhancing the experiences of undergraduate medical students and postgraduate resident doctors, ensuring high-quality learning, working experiences, and safe, effective, person-centred care. The role involves coaching and training in quality improvement methodologies, leading projects, and coordinating the annual cycle of Deanery processes and reporting.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should have a strong interest and substantial experience in quality management, contributing to sustainable, data-driven programmes that meet GMC and NHS Education for Scotland standards. Effective communication and organizational skills are essential.

* Ability to analyze complex data and produce high-quality reports
* Experience in change management, engaging and motivating others to foster a safety and improvement culture
* Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
Additional Information
This is a full-time position requiring regular travel between NHS Lothian sites.
