Job Description This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. You’ll join your colleagues in your local office 2-3 days per week. Joining us as a HR Officer You will be the first point of contact for all HR and Employee Relations (ER) enquiries, delivering expert support to both the HR team and wider business, while also contributing to key strategic HR projects. This is some of what you can expect to be doing: Advise, support and coach new and existing line managers with various HR policies and processes Manage and resolve a range of ER cases, including but not limited to supporting underperformance and absence management Assess workplace priorities, identify risks, and ensure each case is evaluated and managed appropriately on it's own merit Utilise the service desk platform to track and respond to a variety of HR queries within a prompt and efficient manner What you’ll bring to the role You will have a strong background in Employee Relations (ER) and case management, within a fast paced environment.
