Data Quality Manager

AsData Quality Manager,you’llplay a pivotal role in delivering our Data Transformation Plan, with a sharp focus on implementing and advancing our Data Quality Framework usingMS Purview.You’llbe a champion for data quality, driving improvements that unlock business value and enhance decision-making across theorganisation.

WhatYou’llDo

6. Lead the development and operation of theData Quality Committee, engaging Data Owners, Stewards, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

7. Monitor and report on data quality performance using enterprise tooling (MS Purview),identifyingissuesand coordinating resolution.

8. Develop KPIs and metrics that provide visibility and actionable insights to Data Owners.

9. Collaborate across Data Governance, Architecture, BI, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment and quality in data product delivery.

10. Promote a culture of data quality and fluency, helping theorganisationunderstand and value high-quality data.

11. Influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels, both technical and non-technical, to embed data quality into every initiative.

WhatYou’llBring

12. Proven experience in Data Quality Management and enterprise tooling (MS Purview).

13. Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, metadata management, and master data principles.

14. Ability toidentifydata issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

15. Experience developing andmaintainingData Dictionaries, Catalogues, and Business Glossaries.

16. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

17. Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy standards, with a risk-aware mindset.

Desirable

18. Experience managing large-scale data quality initiatives.

19. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

20. Passion for data literacy and enabling others to succeed through data.
